Your feedback requested re proposed grading scale change*

THIS PDF DOCUMENT portrays the school system's current 10-point grading scale and a proposed + / - grading scale. The PTA Council of Howard County (PTACHC) Policy Review Committee is investigating the pros and cons of the two grading scales and will provide recommendations about them to the Howard County Board of Education before the Board votes on the issue in Spring 2012; the Board has the final decision.

PARENTS, TEACHERS, STUDENTS -- If you would like your views on the matter to be included in the PTACHC Policy Review Committee's recommendation report to the Board, please send an email to (highschoolgrading@gmail.com) BEFORE THIS WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21.
