The Fall 2009 PSAT/SAT Review Course taught by Marian McCain will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning September 8th through October 8th. The course is designed to teach students in grades 9 through 12 how to confidently prepare for, and take, the October 2009 PSAT/SAT exams.
An individual assessment of each student’s needs will serve as the basis for a personalized curriculum. Math concepts covered on the exam along with vocabulary and critical reading skills will be thoroughly reviewed. Students will learn effective strategies for each of the test sections and question types. Each area will include exercises and timed practice exams.
Each class is two hours long. Students may choose the 4 - 6 PM Afternoon Session or the 6 — 8 PM Evening Session. Course fees include a $195 non-refundable registration fee (due at time of registration) and a final payment of $200 which is due on or before Tuesday, August 25th.
