                         (plus $10 if you plan to park at M&T Stadium)

    (No admittance after 9 PM)

     at M & T Bank Stadium, Baltimore
           North Club Level Lounge

     immediately followed by the

CHS PTSA AFTER-PROM PARTY

TICKETS: $5 per person

SUNDAY, APRIL 22, 2012
MIDNIGHT - 5 AM
     (No admittance after 1 PM)

      at LifeTime Fitness, Columbia

ALL CHS JUNIORS AND SENIORS may attend
      the PTSA After-Prom Party, whether they go to
      the CHS Junior-Senior Prom, or not.

DATES of Juniors and Seniors may attend
      the After-Prom Party
      only if they attended the Prom.  

The PERMISSION FORMS/WAIVERS below
must be signed and turned in to the
 PTSA After-Prom Party Committee.
